What is Vistra?

Vistra is a platform for creating, branding, sharing, exporting, and versioning structured field reports — built for inspections, site visits, and surveys.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can start for free with no credit card required and upgrade later if you need more.

Can I add my own branding?

Absolutely. Add your logo, colours, and letterhead once and Vistra applies them to every report and export. You can run multiple businesses from one account.

How do I share a report?

Share directly with another user, generate a secure tokenized link (with optional password, expiry, and usage limits), or send an email invite. You can revoke access at any time.

What formats can I export to?

You can export any report to PDF, Word (DOCX), or ODT, with your branding applied automatically.

Can I recover an earlier version of a report?

Yes. Vistra keeps a version history. You can snapshot a report at any time and restore an earlier version — and every restore creates a backup first, so it is always reversible.

Is my data secure?

Vistra records field-level change history and logs every share, link access, and invite. Soft deletes, account lockout, and IP protection are built in.

How do I delete my data, and is it ever deleted automatically?

You can request deletion at any time from the Delete your account & data page (or by email), and we verify and permanently delete your data. Even if you do nothing, if your account is inactive for 90 consecutive days your account and associated data are automatically and permanently deleted (some records are retained only where the law requires).
